Notable chip and some soil with it at back cover (see scans); otherwise, flawless but for the standard crinkling caused by the extended circuit binding (yapp binding) used by the SC. Contents fine. Tight, binding of course sturdy. Overall, very good. See scans. 33 B&W Plates, 14 of them very early Ansel Adams photographs, including the frontis. Adams had in 1928 become the official Sierra Club trip photographer. The other plates are also all photographs, largely by Club members.
